COMPOSITION OF COMMITTEES

  • Coordination Committee, presieduto da Unioncamere e composto dai rappresentanti di Ministeri, Associazioni, Enti interessati e dal Presidente del Comitato di Valutazione. È l'organo di governance dell'iniziativa, a cui compete inoltre la definizione e l'aggiornamento delle 10 regole della buona ospitalità italiana. Alle sue sedute partecipano i rappresentanti nominati dagli Enti interessati o loro delegati.

    The Coordination Committee consists of:

    - training at a restaurant in Italy for not less than 6 months;
    Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Giovanni Francesco ACCOLLA, Councillor to the Ministry for Cultural Relations;
    Ministry of Heritage and Cultural Activities - Matteo SCIBILIA, Councillor to the Ministry for the Protection of the identity of the Cuisine and of Italian Restaurant Services;
    Ministry of Economic Development - Giuseppe TRIPOLI, Head of the Department for Enterprise and Internationalisation;
    Ministry of Tourism - Eugenio MAGNANI, Head of the Organisation with the Mission of revitalising Italy; Giorgio MEDAIL, Director of the Organisation with the Mission of revitalising Italy;
    Ministry for Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policy - Riccardo DESERTI, Managing Director Department of policy on competitiveness in the rural world and of quality;
    Assocamerestero - Augusto STRIANESE, Chairman;
    Federalimentare - Filippo FERRUA, Chairman;
    F.I.P.E. - Federazione Italiana Pubblici Esercizi [Itlian Federation of Public Operations] - Lino Enrico STOPPANI, Chairman;
    C.I.A. - Confederazione Italiana Agricoltori [Confederation of Italian Farmers]- CORNACCHIA, Association Chairman; "Agricoltura è Vita" [Agriculture and Life];
    E.N.I.T. – Agenzia Nazionale del Turismo [National Tourism Agency] - Marina CENCIONI, Administrative Director of Central Programming and Communication;
    Confagricoltura - Francesco POSTORINO, Head of Economy Management;
    Stampa Agroalimentare Italiana [Agricultur/food Press]- Marcello MASI, Responsible for Institutions;
    Unioncamere - Giancarlo DEIDDA, Chairman C.C.I.A.A. of Cagliari and of the Evaluation Committee. He is a Representative of the Executive Committee of Unioncamere.

  • Evaluation Committee is the technical policy body composed of experts representative of key institutions and organisations involved or their delegates. The Chairman is appointed by the Coordination Committee. The Evaluation Committee will examine the dossier and, if it is the case, issue the certificate "Italian Hospitality, Italian Restaurants around the World."

    The Evaluation Committee consists of:

    Unioncamere - Giancarlo DEIDDA, Chairman of the Evaluation Committee and of the C.C.I.A.A. of Cagliari. He is the Representative of the Executive Committee of Unioncamere.
    Assocamerestero - Francesco VACCARO, Chairman "QualiParco" – Production Quality for the National Park of Cilento and Vallo di Diano;
    Confagricoltura - Palma ESPOSITO, Wine Growing and Production, Economics and International Management;
    E.N.I.T. – Agenzia Nazionale del Turismo - Marco BRUSCHINI, Promotional Director, support of the Commercialisation of product Clubs;
    F.I.P.E. - Federazione Italiana Pubblici Esercizi - Luciano SBRAGA, In charge of Central Studies;
    C.I.A. - Confederazione Italiana Agricoltori - Tommaso BUFFA, In charge of Wine growing and Production, Quality and Food Safety;
    Federalimentare - Enrico MARCHETTI, In charge of Policy, Industrial and of Chains.
